Janek really loves to run long trains and
this show had the longest HO run the
SLOMRA has had.

World’s Greatest
Hobby on Tour
Cal Expo, Sacramento
The SLOMRA finally worked it’s way
to a really big show. Over 19,400
people attended the World’s
Greatest Hobby on Tour in
Sacramento and we had plenty of
room to show off all the modules we
had built.
We ran our Free-mo style modules
in a “L” configuration and our Bend
Track N scale modules filled out the
rest of the rectangular space
assigned to us.
All members in attendance were
busy running trains or explaining
how we had done some of the
scenery. Some members could
hardly find time to get away to
check out the rest of the show!
